Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 51 - Post your finds here

Evening all,

Got a few bargains in Castle Mall, after a lovely lady at work today kindly gave me her perkie, I got another no grains cleanser, then bought lunch and some face masks and got another perkie, used this on a sunkissed bronzer thingie, which cost me 40p.

1st SA wasn;t really paying attention, I think he was ready to go for his lunch, and threw my no grains cleanser away with the basket to start with! 2nd SA scrutinised the perkie, scanned the sunkissed thingie and then scrutinised the voucher again, before saying 'eerrr, 40p please'. Thought she was going to kick up a fuss even after the voucher had scanned, but all fine.

Sllightly off but still a bit on topic- I bought a hair mask from Boots yonks ago in a sachet that was a strawberry flavour volummising one. It was in clearance 4 25p, which is why I bought it (if my hair had anymore volume i would look like crystaltips). I gave it to my friend at work last week after having a bit of a clear out, and she loved it and wants to get some more.

The same company do facemasks, individually or in sets of 4 but I haven't been able to find their hair masks- has anybody else seen them? I've got a feeling they were on clearance as being discontinued, but hope to find some for my friend, even if Mr B cannot help on this occasion.

Please could someone post/ pm me if they know what I am talking about (to be honest even I dont most of the time!:p )

Well done to everyone who managed to get their foundation for £3.00+.

I bought one this afternoon after 3pm and I paid £1.35 with perkie.

Code 2W written under barcode.

I also bought another No7 Exfoliator for £4.35 but have seen other posters (Sally06) getting it cheaper.

Come on Mr B can't you keep your prices the same in all your stores.

Managed to buy x2 Olay Scrub & GWP x 2 and have given one away to my mum.

Found the new HB mag + Baby & You Mag so I can buy the Extracts range
and some baby clothes.

I got the foundation with 3.50 by mistake today. Went into a smaller boots whcich still had them at full price so I asked to do a price check as I heared that they scan for 7 anyway... and it scanned for 3.50! the SA was alittle "what??" but had to sell them to mee if the till said so. I have foundation for a year (I use one or 2 a year )

Can vaguely remember getting some of these myself. I think they were from Natural Collection.

I went back to sedley place this evening (these days I spend more time there than I do at home:D )and guess what I spotted? they'd put out a display of vichy GWPs. There was a rep lurking too! I didn't have the nerve to try to get one incase the till beeped:oshame, as I love vichy. The SS area had several SA's on stand by too:rolleyes:

On the display where I spotted the GWP, it says "free with 2 products. 1 to be skincare"

I went to the bond street station store after and spotted a huge crate of No7 items behind the till (don't ask;) )with lots of products inside, that I've seen on clearance in other stores:D However, non of the items had clearance stickers on. I asked a SA if they were being reduced and he said they were:) He had a list of all the reductions, but the SA pricing them was not around. He said I could wait, but I didn't want to miss my train again:rolleyes:
If anyone is after reduced No7, I'd keep an eye on this store. They had a small clearance section near the underground entrance with some No7 fake tan and some No7suncreams, aftersun and facial suncreams. They've reduced them now to £2
Not much else here, apart from a few FCUK reductions, with a reduced sel
on the shelf.

BTW, all the rich folk must've stayed at home today, as I didn't womble a single perkie:rolleyes:

Reduced (old style) HE definitely goes through 2 for 1 (BOGOF). My local only had three bottles on clearance and I just checked my receipt and I got one of them free. They were 75p.

I got 2 No7 foundations for £2 today with £5 voucher, so happy as I paid that for one last week, had to run back to get the other as I thought they were £7 each, nice surprise.

Can anyone please tell me where you get SENSE magazine, never heard of it and will it be available in WHSmith, someone posted there is a 20% off White Stuff in it and would love a voucher, any help please Bootsers, sorry off topic.
