thanks:D
You're right, I think she was jealous. She made a comment (which I forgot to mention earlier) about how she hopes other customers don't catch on the vouchers work with clearance items otherwise they'd go out of buisness:rotfl:
Isn't it weird how SA's attitudes vary from till to till, never mind store to store?
My SA today, when I was buying my first clearance No7 night sorbet of the day, was delighted for me when she saw I was getting it for £3.xx with a perkie. I said I'd go back and get another one, she said "good for you - might as well play the system" - and she was being genuine :T .0 -

Yes - a real range of responses. 1 even said to me, the other day, that all the staff in this particular store use their vouchers, with their staff discount, otherwise probably wouldn't buy in Boots. She then proceeded to process....quite a few single transactions on the £1.95 serum...her words not mine were 'well if it works why not?'
Slightly off track has anybody else noticed that S*******g seems to be doing window displays about a GWP similar to Mr B, as well as reducing their equivalent to a P&P face cream. Looked at the GWP, similar quality as Mr B'S, with similar absurd value of about £35 with a mix of MF & Olay vouchers, a headband and mascara - apologies for bad memory, but about 10 dys ago. As no points, not bothered, but maybe S*******g has cottoned onto the gifts being important in this climate. A points card as well from them?.......now that would make things interesting!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
I saw some new mags today in Riverside and forgot to pick one up.
They also had the Olay GWP but nothing cheap to buy it with.0 -

Sadly no mags in any Glasgow stores yet!
I saw mags in St Enochs today.
Downstairs and on the magazine rack where the SS tills are
Hope that makes sense0 -

If you happen to be going past the digital cameras at Boots, please could you check if the Olympus Miu 1050 (£225, waterproof to 3m, shockproof to 1.5m) is reduced?
It had £56 off 3 weeks ago and I would like to know if/when they repeat the offer. The camera isn't on Boots online, so can't check for reductions there. And I don't shop at Boots often enough anymore to keep an eye out. But I refuse to spend real money on a camera I want when I could purchase with points
So if any of you are able to help me, I'd be very grateful:kisses:
.
ps will PM you this reply in case it gets lost in the fastflowing pages!0 -

the Olay (green and black box) works with the definity cleanser £5.82
