Thanks all. Pity its only Fosse Park, rather far from me, unless I take a cab...(expensive!). I didn't buy anything in John Lewis also waiting for a better bonus time gift from boots. Oh well, more waiting to do now... Might go for the Estee Lauder in debehnams instead, if only I found two items cheapish enough to tempt me (as i do want to try the serum, and the eye shadows look nice).

    Hi Sally
Yes, was there but failed to womble. Wish they wouldn't stack the baskets so high that I can't peek into them....

I guess we can now spot a Tart by the lovely bright clean teeth and glossy HE hair.

I hate the new baskets and the way they stack them so high too:rolleyes: the wire ones were much better for spotting perkies:D

Just checked and 'All' products are showing as oos right now.
Is the 100 points per item and half price offer valid instore too?
I can't believe I am thinking about getting the washing up liquid,:o
as it takes weeks to finish one bottle...
Due to the fact that everything goes in the dishwasher! :D

Sorry, you don't get the points in store. I do use the washing up liquid as I almost never use the dishwasher, but haven't been able to nab any. ;(
  • So it does:j I forgot I had the sample perfume cards, I had to go and check. IMO one of the nicest smells is just bathed baby sprinkled with talc..... not sure if this perfume is the best for me, might make me broody then the OH would be seen running for the hills:rotfl: :rotfl:

Instore they do have cards which you can take with a little smell of all of them on there.
I also remember the words of my friends, but I would rather have enemies than friends like you :p

:p would like to make it known that ZubeZubes avvy is a DHN, she's not dancing :o

If I see it, I'll shout. But I do think that Mr B puts things on when the school run's on......ermm ??
Aggie, I think you're right, I managed to grab some at 3pm-ish yesterday. Thanks for the heads up about it, something I will actually use and lovely points too :D

After reading all the notes about bad packaging I was surprised and pleased at how well packed my order was, small box packed full and the bottles bagged up in plastic bags in case of leaks. Well done Mr B :T

I do hope they don't stop the HC half price offers, I use quite a few of those products. Must say though that I could get similar items at the lower price elsewhere though so Mr B will need to reduce the prices if he stops the offer.

Happy St Patricks Day everyone:beer: (couldn't find an appropriate smiley)

Been Bootsing again this morning but nothing much to report. I bought some no7 wipes with one perkie and £1.40) in a local shop that I hadn't been to before. Thanks to whoever suggested the wipes as I didn't even know they existed:T
Then I took another trip to MK and used 3 more perkies on yet more wipes, yet another nail buffer set and some nail & cuticle cream (plus £1.**) which I will hopefully use. Between all the ROC wipes, the Boots bogof wipes and now the no7 wipes I should have enough to clean the toilets for the next 6 months!!
I noticed at MK that there were no no7 gwp's on display. Now I'm sure they were there on Saturday so not sure if they've all gone or they've been hidden:confused:
    Have a good afternoon everyone

Just noticed that 1 or 2 of my favourites that were in the 75% sale are showing at half price on .com eg

    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=844145&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

but when added to basket they are still coming up at the higher amount
Dont know if this is old news or if Mr B is in the process of reducing sale stock...xxxx

I'm sure the offer is instore - another Bootser here got it instore for her daughters birthday.
Out of them all (they are all very girly-smelling in my opinion) the Music one is the nicest. Theres one that smells like Coconut, and one that smells like baby talc (that one is probably Baby - nowt like stating the obvious is there :rotfl: ?)
Oooh - which one is the coconutty one ? I'm a sucker for anything coconutty ! :j
Came out with nothing apart from a meal deal today. This 'Boots drought' is saving me a fortune !

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it might be the blonde haired one that is the coconutty one (I think the name of the blonde one is "G" - for Gwen?).
