    What! :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Tonight is only the night that Grissom bows out of CSI - the greatest show on TV! :p

I have never watched it. :o Looking forward to Shamless later though;)

I have finally caught up now.

CPG is starting a new thread tomorrow, so I wanted to make sure I read this one tonight.

Got quite (well very- sad person that i am) excited to see the new Extracts reduced to clear today-Full Size Body Butters reduced to £2 PLUS an extra 1/3 off! :A of an SA tried both vouchers (saw her scanning them) but neither would work :( Asked her why they were on the clearance stand when they were a new range and she said they "were coming off the stores planner"-whatever that means! And also said thats the same reason the vouchers wouldnt register.

Just a heads up for anyone thats tried and likes these or that may be luckier than i was with the vouchers..xx

edit: forgot to say they also had shelves of these for £1

and these for 50p (just realised these also have a 1/3rd off-so would be less)

  • I managed to get the No7 comacts and the foundation with purkies today!
The Boots which I went to just said they put the £5 through as a £5 boots voucher. Paid £1.35 x 3 for compacts and £2 x 2 for foundations. Also as they put the vouchers through like this it said i was entitled to vouchers back with each transaction so came out with same amount of purkies I went in with.

Hi bbb which store was this in pls
You laugh because I'm different......I laugh cause I just farted!

I was curious when some of the premium cosmetics have bonus gifts so did a little Googling. Here is what I found, and if anyone has details on what a certain gwp will be or on others coming up, please share!

Clinique - Boots bonus time - 16 March to 4 April (anyone have a description of the gift??)

    Elizabeth Arden - ???

Clarins - Online you currently get a "Travel Treats" gift when you order two items, but there's no pic. Don't know if this is in-store, too. It is described as:
    • Extra-Firming Day Cream 15ml
    • Extra Firming Night Cream 15ml
    • Extra-Firming Body Care 30ml
    • Wonder Length Mascara 1.5ml
    • Green Mini Travel Bag with matching luggage tag
Lancome: Online you currently get two gwps when you buy two select items (seems like most of the range) - a nice looking giftset and a bronzer and brush gift.

Estee Lauder - Checked the official site here and didn't see anything listed for Boots.

i was speaking to the estee lauder lady today and i asked her this...i'm sure she said may sometime (may have been the 1st of may)...but don't shoot me if i'm wrong:o

:hello: Hi girls! I think someone asked what they could spend the purplie on a few pages back? Just wanted to let you know that the old stylie No 7 Tweezer set in the black quilted case priced at £9.79 (what?! ) works with the purplie, so £4.79 to pay. Add chewing gum or similar to make up to £5 and get another purplie! Sorry if already been mentioned. HTH x

No, I am hyper, I have only had 3 hrs sleep in the last 24 hrs. If I suddenly
disappear, you'll know I have fallen asleep sitting up again.

I am hoping to actually get some sleep tonight. I keep thinking I will just catch up to the end of the page, and when I refresh I find there are another 2 pages to go. Just don't seem to catch up, plus the tele is rubbish tonight:rolleyes:

    Off-topic

So you won't want a poke in the ribs if you suddenly slow down Polls? :DIt reminded me of when a small forum were having a postathon for CIN or something. We were all on there (it wasn't the chicken and turkey forum btw) trying as hard as poss to post, and 12 minutes later we broke the server :rotfl:

Can't catch up myself tbh, so I think I'll try again tomorrow ;)

    On-Topic (ish ;))

Thanks rose28454 - I thought I'd seen a 1,000 voucher but it's obviously expired now :) There's an undated 1,000 points for a camera that's still going, but I can't remember the details, so will post it up when I find it :)

    Night peeps x

  • Boots Omega 3 fish oils 60 cap + poss 200pts Mag voucher

I was just having a look/play on .com and at the moment these are £3.91 each but on a (3 for 2 offer), and if you spend £10 or more you get a free box of Fibre-Sure Powder - 30x 5g Sachets worth £7.80.

When you add 3 of the vitamins to your basket the third is free so minus £3.91 = £7.82 but the original price of £11.73 is recognised for the FREE Fibre-Sure.

So I was wondering if this would work in store + use the 200pts mag vouchers, which in Boots terms would mean £5.82
    for 3 X Omega 3 Fish oils 1 X Fibre Sure.

    Has anyone already tried this.

    Hi
    Just caught up again.
DH has bought 2 meal deals this week and it cost him£3.31 each time.
    Pasta salad bowl
    mini eggs
    ribena
    Anyone know why? Thanks
He did query it today and pointed out signs saying £2.99
and got a refund of 32p, but SA thought mini eggs weren't included.
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them
