your letter from the OR will specifically state "please retain all business paperwork untill discharged"
er, did i mention im, er....well, discharged actually :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:0 -
Best to keep photocopies of your documents just in case stuff gets lost in the OR's office. Has been known to happen. Equally, if there's stuff the OR has asked for and you can't find it, he/she will be able to get copies of statements from the creditors.
Max? Discharged? Amazing!0 -
I didn't get anything back. I made copies of all important things (wage slips)0

I got all mine back- loads of payslips and various other bits of documentation I'd sent in- probably about 3 months after OR call.:beer:BSC Member #97- Discharged 4/2/09

I really would like everything back, do they return everything?
Oh dear, am due to go BR on 9th but as I live with my parents and there is limited space, I don't keep all my statements/payslips. I keep one month's worth and that's it. Can the OR just ask my creditors/bank for past documents??

Yes, Tiggypig. The OR can get all the information direct from the creditors. But if you want to be prepared for the interview, it might be worth printing out whatever statements you can access online, just so they're at your fingertips.0
