Blimey. Have I got to keep all them dusty business records till discharged. The Oh was looking forward to burning them as was I. If you get a BRU/O do you have to keep them longer? Glad you mentioned this MMCA;)

your letter from the OR will specifically state "please retain all business paperwork untill discharged"

er, did i mention im, er....well, discharged actually :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Best to keep photocopies of your documents just in case stuff gets lost in the OR's office. Has been known to happen. Equally, if there's stuff the OR has asked for and you can't find it, he/she will be able to get copies of statements from the creditors.

    Max? Discharged? Amazing!

Hello everyone, I have my OR interview on the 5th march and recently recieved my "welcome pack". The OR office has asked for lots of documents, twelve months bank and credit card statements, payslips and so on.
I really would like everything back, do they return everything?

Oh dear, am due to go BR on 9th but as I live with my parents and there is limited space, I don't keep all my statements/payslips. I keep one month's worth and that's it. Can the OR just ask my creditors/bank for past documents??

Yes, Tiggypig. The OR can get all the information direct from the creditors. But if you want to be prepared for the interview, it might be worth printing out whatever statements you can access online, just so they're at your fingertips.
