Its just a straight claim on your buildings then, be aware you will probably have to pay your excess which will be £50 or upwards and it can affect your premiums.
Sometimes its cheaper paying for it yourself from a local glazer, my friend works for a glazer and his boss allowed him to do private jobs and it normally only cost £40 for a straight forward pain of glass.
If you have a UPVC window post back up on here as sometimes they can be hard work with some Insurers0
