Bank Accounts with Linked Savings

I need to open a bank account with a linked savings account - obviously want the best rates possible. Can anyone suggest where to look? Ideally, it shouldn't be one within the Santander group!

Well if you get an account that supports FP well - Barclays / HSBC / HBOS etc, then you can have an FP enabled savings account at any bank as your linked savings0
