I bought my flight tickets from them in July and it was all electronic but good and cheap.
People know about this company who travels a lot.
check sunshine and avro as well.0 -
There are a couple of threads on here about 'On the Beach'. I've not paid a great deal of attention to them but the general view seems to be that they are not particularly good and have a habit of calling up a few weeks after you have booked the holiday to say that the hotel is no longer available and you will need to pay more money to go to a different one.
If this is not the case perhaps other MSE users will enlighten us.0 -
Mixed reviews, some at each extreme is what I've found, and of course maybe you're more inclined to post a review if you've had a bad experience and are disgruntled with the company , as opposed to not really bothering if you've just had a cheapie and it's all gone to plan.
For example http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews-all-98729.html
This doesn't really help you though!
I'm finding it more and more difficult to make choices with so many people reviewing everything these days. There's such a wide range of views and people have different expectations and requirements, I think trying to take all the various reviews into account can become a case of information overload.
I wish there was a review site called "People Like Me" where you could put in detailed criteria and it would filter reviews for you!!!!0 -
Thanks for your help guys .....Sounds a bit iffy reading some of the reviews other people have written about them ......Seems they put prices up once you have booked it . Think I will give it a miss, can do with out the hassle.

I used freedomdirect.co.uk a few months ago and got a great deal for family holiday to Egypt. They were cheaper than OTB and there were not the same question marks that I had about OTB. Sometimes promo code TZ10 gives you an extra 10% off.0
