Hi - does anyone know how to change the colour of the toolbar in Internet explorer

right-click an empty bit of desktop, select properties...use the Themes and Appearence tabs to change the appearence of everything...
personally I use theme - XP modified and Silver colour.....way better than blue, doesn't darken the overall appearence the way the blue does
