Super deal bill
i just received an energy bill (quaterly) for 450.08 from Southern Electric. could anyone please give details about that thariffs.i know that it is too late right now but i just want to know. from the other hand; what is the best tarrif for couple (no kids) with all electric stuff (heating, cooking).

Couldnt give details about their tariffs, but is your heating storage or instant? And do you have a hot water tank? If you have a hot water tank and storage heaters you may well benefit from an Economy 7 tariff (cheap elec over night to power your hungry items). If you have only 1 or neither of these unfortunatly you will be faced with high bills all the time as electricity isnt cheap for heating

Customer is on Superdeal, don't think Southern Electric list details of this tariff on their website.0 -
We are on this tariff, the rates effective Aug 08 are:
Standing charge = 24.28p per day
Day energy = 16.90p
Night energy = 7.90p
Stored heat/water = 5.82p
All rates are inc VAT.
Using the above rates I calculated we spent around £170 from mid-Dec to the end of Jan, Feb worked out at about £75.0 -
it sounds like one of the "special tariffs" that no one else can support like thtc that i have in scotland0
