Does anyone know how long it takes on the Tram from Piccadilly Gardens to Harbour CIty and Piccadilly Gardens to Stretford ?
I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.

If my memory serves me correctly Stretford is about 20mins away from St Peters Sq by tram so add on another 3 mins for Piccadily Gdns. Manchester is a fantastic city and I would be happily settled if I didn't hate my reason for being there!!Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
