    They've had an offer from an elderly man who doesn't own a computer, doesn't live in the area and doesn't know what the internet is! :D :cool:

    Perfect timing - I've just been debating with someone the dubious 'benefits' of internet-only estate agency, and they don't seem to be able to accept that people like this buyer still exist....

    Glad to see they got an offer, hope it all works out to a successful sale!

    These days agents can sign up to be regulated by the financial ombudsmen .
