we have water damage in our house

and halifax/sainsburys insurance saying it is poor maintenance . that is definitely not the case as our house is perfect otherwise and i live with a builder who recently did all of the fascias etc!!!! i think they are just trying to get out of it and they only came round for one thing but not the second problem we had!!! any tips really appreciated. thanks in advance.

    Yes I think they are just trying to pull a fast one, but in this case, contact the financial ombudsman service (FOS) who should point you in the right direction with this or they may even offer to do this on your behalf, just explain to them what you have posted.;)
