Fitting radiator into conservatory

Moving house soon and the new house hasn't got a radiator in the conservatory. Is this a DIY job or do i need an expert. If i need to pay someone any idea on the cost ?

You may need building regs approval or even planning permission if you permanently heat your conservatory. I suggest you check with your local authority before doing the work.0

Conservatories are very badly insulated, by their nature. You could find yourself pumping a lot of heat in there for not much effect.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

We had an electric heater put on the wall in our conservatory, the electrician got us the radiator and fitted it for us, and it was not that expensive. I think he got the heater from Homebase or somewhere like that. We did not have to have planning permission.0

I was think more of a conventional water heated radiator that would run from the existing central heating. I expect the electric ones are expensive to run.0
