You must have the same landlord as me as im in housing association too.

I dont often write on this forum though i do love browsing but I have to say that i thought it wasnt too bad an increase at all. Im still only paying £95 a week for a 12 year old 3 bedroom house with a shared driveway. My friends are just moving into a 2 bed bungalow for £625 thats not in such a nice area or such a nice house. Its still only £380 and they cut all the grass at the front of the houses, typical that i have paved mine before these contractors took over.

If you take into account as well that you had to pay no deposit and dont have to move every 6-12 months because you have a crap landlord then i think we are getting a bargain.

Where else would you after having sprunk a leak under your sink, have a plumber out within 2 hours on a bank holiday.:j
