I cancelled mine via email - customerservice@creditexpert.co.uk

Got an automated reply with a log number and 4-5 days later an email saying it had been cancelled.

BUT, in between the time I'd recieved the automated reply they actually replied, it was too late for them to stop the first payment. But they explained in the email that the payment would be instantly refunded.

Which they did, so no complaints here

Just checked my CC bill and they've billed me another £5.99 this month. :eek:

Been on the phone and they've confirmed that when I cancelled, it looks like the operator had only refunded the money and not cancelled the subs.

Subs now cancelled and should get the £5.99 credited back to my card in the next couple of days.
