I am an Ex-Call Centre Worker for Setanta Sports

Hello
I used to work in a call centre and I did customer service, sales, retentions, admin, the full range of roles for Setanta Sports! I hated it! I know that there are alot of angry customers out there and now that I don't work there anymore, I'm free to agree with all you people out there who want to have a moune. Has anyone had a bad time? Does anyone want any of my advice?
It was the worse job I ever had and I'm so glad I'm out of there! I want to forget it but for the time being, talk to me. Bear in mind that anything I say is true for the time that I was there. Things may have changed a little. I left about 2 months ago.
