Norwich Union - new credit agreements?

Options
Just received my home insurance renewal (gone up by 10%) and it now includes a credit agreement. I've always payed monthly but previously there's been no mention of a fee for credit.

Last year the premium included an 8% admin charge. This year I can't find any reference to an admin charge but they've slapped on 7.2% interest for paying monthly.

Anyone shed any light on what they are up to? Have they hidden the admin fee and put on a new credit charge?

Thanks,
Chris.
