It depends if OH on shift work i have to take james to school, so on those days start later at 9.15am, and when he is home i come in early to make the time up, as long as i do 32 hours in a week...i sort of mix and match...most days can leave at either 2.30pm or 3.30pm

sounds ideal to me, I do 3 full days 9-5.30, but need to leave home at 8.15 as it is a good 30 min drive, so dont usually get in before 6.15 at night, but have 4 days at home, my boss is quite flexible, as he know I dont usually stop lunchtimes and will stay of there are problems that need sorting, I have left work before after 6pm.

i know its 3 long days but must be nice having 4 days off, i would not mind that, but until james is older have to stick at this at moment..
Its a college and the doors as always open from 5.30am, and always work for me to do so they dont mind too much x
