Have been bombarded with phonecalls from utilita now with lots of apologies and saying they will deal with the individual involved and that they wll co-operate with the police investigation.... i was only so upset coz of the shock... am over it now but im glad they are taking it seriously

** final update on this** ( i hope)

The area manager has just driven over to my house to apologies in person and to show me the name badge of the guy that knocked me over. the reason the manager has his name badge is because he has been suspended while they finish their investigation into it ( the guy said that the bloke had only been workling for the compasny since last thursday and after getting my statement he will be sacked ) whats even funnier is that he then tried to convince me to switch supplier !!! :rotfl: ( i politly declined his offer) he said i should get a formal letter from the Utilita director by the end of the week. im a bit shocked at how quickly they have dealt with it, but i suppose they cant afford to have a bad reputation!! :T

i feel better now if a little bruised but am gonna comp for a bi athough im way ahead so there is no rush... i might even go buy some icecream.... or maybe just get OH to get some on his way home
