I just discovered that my great grandfather was a big wheel in the masons :eek::eek: and what's more he wrote a book about it in 1910 which is still in print. Trubble is it's hellishly expensive.

That might explain his dismay at my grandfather's antics. He fathered two illegitimate children by my grandmother in 1912 and 1913 which must have been shocking to him at that time, being a pillar of the community and all.

:hello: Everyone,

I went to enter the Hello Kitty competition today and it had a real pattern on the website that hurt your eyes,I came away and then it resulted in a bad headache,went to mums for lunch,went home and on the way home I told dad in the car I felt sick and headachy,I had to have a lie down when I got in and slept for two hours solid.Headache is not so bad now but it is still there a bit.I cried myself to sleep.Well done on your win Nicky.

Oh nooo. Glad you are feeling slightly better now Katie, headache can be awful. I get very nasty migraines sometimes...
Take it easy and try not to strain your eyes ...these flash sites are awful, they should be more accommodating.

I have been on here for ages, better go study! I am in this stupid habit of reading 4-5 articles and not taking any notes from them, then I have to read them from scratch when I am trying to include them !!!!

Crikey! Thats not good Katie, hope you feel better now? I haven't entered that comp but I think I read in the thread that someone had emailed and complained about the pattern.

And thanks, I am rather chuffed about it and my son who's a coffee fiend is over the flippen moon as he can make individual cups with it without me moaning his using the big filter one I've had for yonks (in fact that's going in the back of the cuboard as soon as the new one arrives lol)
