Mmm just had prawn risotto for dinner. My one day diet going well so far! And at band tonight so no chance for evening snacking.

I wonder if I can manage another one day diet tomorrow?!

Hi all just a quick pop in to catch up on comps and then going to get in bed - i am in agony - the pain is spreading to all my joints, knees, ankles, hips etc. Roll on tuesday when i see the neurologist!!! xxxx
