I received a PCN late last year and ignored it. I now have a bill from Roxburghe debt collectors for £140 to be payed within the next 7 days. any advice.
Google 'Roxburghe scam' or 'Roxburghe parking' and read the results you get on forums such as MSE, pepipoo, consumer action group etc.
They are just part of the letter-chain and you are near the end. They will leave you alone, they are NOT bailiffs they are debt collectors, who have no powers whatsoever.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Trolls everywhere at the moment, on pepipoo aswell.
Well it was during a cold snap, the poor little sods got cold walking around car-parks taking pretty pictures and attaching random invoices to them so the bosses allowed them into the warmth of the office to troll forums to try and give out false information to raise some more money for the bosses :cool:0 -

No you didn't, you received an invoice from a bunch of chancers. After Roxburghe, expect two letters from Graham White solicitors [aka Michael Sobell]. Ignore these and they will lose interest in you.0
