win a 3 day short break at Dunsgiath Luxury Apartments, to spot and photograph Sea Eagle’s aboard ‘MV Stardust Boat Trips’, sailing from Portree on the Isle of Skye.

Terms state different end date as 02/04 but I'll stick with earlier date in bold.
Terms -
7. There will be one winner who will receive, 3 nights accommodation at Dunsgaith’s – Storr Lochs Apartment, one 2 hour boat trip aboard MV stardust with photographic assistance from Ian Jones, for 2 people.
8. The prize must be booked within one month of the winner receiving notification and is valid until 31.10.09 excluding Easter and bank holidays. Dates will be subject to availability. The winner will be responsible for arranging transport, spending money, insurance and meals. Any extra costs incurred during their stay, will be paid by the winner in full and the promoters hold no responsibility for these.
9. The winner will be required to sign Dunsgiaths standard accommodation booking form and will be bound by the standard terms and conditions as stated. These can also be seen on the website www.dunsgiath.com/terms.php
