Hi,
I am looking for heaters for my garage. What kind of heater would be the best to use?
also has anybody tried using thermal paint?
Thanks for any help in advance!
Derek
A garage must be the most uneconomical area to heat, usually single brick construction with no insulation for the ceiling at all. not to mention the average garage door that lets huge amounts of cold air in. So I honestly think thermal paint will a complete waste of time.
If you really want to heat your garage up have a look at the gas space heaters or diesel/paraffin heaters here.... clicky0 -

There is no way you can heat a whole garage without spending a fortune - whatever heating you use.
If you need to have some heat for a single person working at a bench or on a car, then your best bet is some sort of radiant heater that directs heat in a 'beam' rather than attempt to heat the whole garage.0
