I have a GIF image that I would like to convert into an Icon for use on my desktop. I haven't been able to figure out a way of doing it even though it is probably really simple! I have Irfanview and Paint Shop Pro as my image packages. Please can anyone help?

One of the Save As options in Irfanview is "ICO - Windows Icon"
