HPC is House Price Crash so I put that in the heading to get past the mods.

It is more than likely now the mods have seen it but it looks like think the wookster deserves it now for is recent aggresive posting (most of which have been deleted)

I did find it very odd there was a !!!!!! post on there when I saw it though. (it could have been a very bizzare coincidence though.)
