toilet syphon

I recently posted a request for info on where i could buy an old twyfords (i think???) sink. The day after, the toilet bust...the flush wasn't working. I drained the toilet, and took the sistern off. When i looked inside, on the bottom there were several pieces which have come from the syphon-unit:

one small washer, one large circular rubber flap, and a circular wheel of the same size.

I was just wondering how this should be re-assembled, and if there is anything missing...it looks like there should be some sort of fastening to the rod/spindle?

The syphon unit says "TYWFORDS CERAMANT"

The round disk should be to the bottom with the rubber on top of it. There will be a rod that goes through both and a nut on the rod under the disk stops it falling off. hope that makes sense.
