Looking at Flats
[Deleted User]

Hi all,
Im going to look at a couple of flats tomorow with a mate, however the area that we are interested in apparently only have one flat left..
This seems strange that the company letting (choices) have over 8 of these flats on their website up for let, all different floors. Is it really likely that there is only one availible in these circumstances or is it a dirty LA trick to get us in there striaght away?
The flats are new build and just finished but there is little interest in them due to an oversupply of rentals in the area and the obvious house price crash. We arent in any rush though i do like the location. Sounds a bit silly having a name like Choices when it seems they dont have much availible..
Any words of advice from knowledgables on what to ask/look out for?

Look at rents on rightmove with property bee installed and you'll see price drops I'm sure.
Yes don't get swayed into believing that there's only one left when really there's hundreds of empty flats everywhere0 -
Sorry Rollerball, im looking at renting not buying.
Im in a perfect position to buy but still believe there are drops of 20% to come. When i buy itll be a house too, just renting for a year or so.0
