Oh sorry to hear this Scubaangel! Was it a private parking company? I got a private ticket on a retail park about 2 months ago and I'm ignoring mine too, after reading advice on several forums...so far all they've done is send me one letter asking for payment, which I am also ignoring! Let them take me to court if they want... I will argue that their stupid ticket was unfair, and let a judge decide!

It was I have a receipt from a purchase in a shop before the time on the ticket and one for after but the second purchase I wanted to do in cash so popped over the road to a machine. They can send me all the letters they want, they cant have money I dont have now can they (admittedly for a 'proper' parking fine I would find it but this lot can sod off).
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Very right aswell hun! Companies like that are big bullies, I am not giving in to them and I'm glad you're not either! My ticket demanded £85, which I think is extremely unfair. If it had been a fair fine like £20 or so I might have held my hands up and paid... but it takes me nearly fifteen hours to earn £85. They can sod off if they think I'm just going to hand over fifteen hours wages for staying on their stupid EMPTY car park for 20 minutes! Sorry for the rant - as you can prob tell I still have a big chip on my shoulder about the cheek of it :rotfl:

My Grandma gave me some money this weekend when I visited, and I sold a couple of books on Amazon while I was away. Nothing much else at the moment. I've done quite a few mystery shops, but add them when I get paid. I really must send off my £50 Qype/Virgin voucher so that I can redeem it for some wine.

Im only aiming for £5 a day this month but so far £1.95 on one poll, £6.90 on scratchcards, £5 surveys, £17 cash back site £10 bingo port and £38 ebay so im very pleased so far. I need this though as im away for 5 days at centre parcs this month.

I know this isnt meant to include work but im a stay at home mummy and work for 121 texting would i be able to include that as its not a fixed wage each month?
  • I will go for £5 to start with (I'm new at this lol)
