I'm just aiming for £5 a day, but had a great day yesterday - got a £10 Amazon voucher from Toluna, £8.14 from Ciao and won £20 on the daily free scratchcard at Take a Break - and I've still got a load of ebay auctions to list. Wow! Didn't think I'd ever make even £5 a day, might even go for £10 next month!!!!

You clearly have luck on your side = £20 at TAB is fab!

I know, I couldn't believe it! Have had a horrid few months, culminating in me fracturing a rib coughing last Thursday, so it's really cheered me up :T Might even buy a lottery ticket :rotfl:

Just home from two MS, was meant to be three but got a parking ticket while at the second which put me right off for the day so rearranged the third for tomorrow and have come home to write up the ones Ive done, including my phone calls from yesterday, and reading around on here about the relative wisdom of ignoring the ticket.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Not much to report today, the £10 I claimed from scratchcard has arrived and I had a voucher in the post for 50p.

Well done for this thread making the chat of the week.

Oh sorry to hear this Scubaangel! Was it a private parking company? I got a private ticket on a retail park about 2 months ago and I'm ignoring mine too, after reading advice on several forums...so far all they've done is send me one letter asking for payment, which I am also ignoring! Let them take me to court if they want... I will argue that their stupid ticket was unfair, and let a judge decide!

Quite a good challenge day for me! Sold 2 CD‘s on Ebay, which has made me £6.92 after fees and postage (really glad I didn‘t take Musicmagpie‘s offer of 25p each now! I‘ve used them before and they‘re good if you‘re getting rid of a lot of CD‘s, but some of the prices they offer are a bit silly!). Onepoll 20p. Valued Opinions £1. And got something in town for my nan which she gave me a tenner for, and told me to keep the change - so £1.36 profit!

Got a nice bonus yesterday from my 2nd job too - £260 of holiday pay :D I will just write it down next to my total for now though, and not add it on the final total till the end the month - I think it is within the rules to include it as it is effectively overtime that I've been saving up throughout the year - but I want to see whether I can still make my total without it!

Attempting to pay off our debts! Balances Jan 2018 -
    Family member £3,700 - Virgin CC £1,000 - MBNA £1,700 - Barclaycard £2,500 (was £2,700) - Halifax CC £1,280
