Slightly related question..
What's the Scottish limit? is it 5 years? I keep forgetting,
I want to get the letter in the post for first thing Monday morning but can't remember the Scottish Time limit..
Also does it start when you send the first reclaim letter or when you asked for the statements? I've had a 2 month delay in getting my statements!Laters

I haven't watched it but did he maybe say "claims going back eight years", meaning there are claims going back 8 years, not you can claim for eight years, so people who claimed in 2007 went back to 2001, which is now 8 years ago, well I know what I mean !!!Debt Free Dec 2009non-smoker 19th Nov 2010Trying to lose weight 40lb/42lb
