Hi Guys,
I mentioned last year that I was going to use this online EA and would let you know how it went.
They charge £999 (including vat) fixed fee.
I did sell my house but not with any help from them:mad:
The first viewer I had couldn't get a viewing with me without first having to write to me via royal mail.
The second viewer also had problems getting info from them.
The 1st one put in an offer £35k under even although I had priced for the market and W O W tried to get me to accept.
The second I dealt with directly and got my asking price.
They never contacted me from the July to the Dec when we got the second viewing. They made no effort what so ever. You get what you pay for!
They also tried to get more money at the completion as according to them they had changed the contract and VAT was now not included and I had been sent a letter to this affect...
...no I didn't so they got only £999.
The other thing to look out for is the payment is due on exchange and not completion and even if you don;t complete they keep the monies.
I've kept it short but my advice is don't even bother with them if you want to get the viewers through the door.

thats a grand they have really just took of you.....there again others charge ten grand for some photos and a web page......what a con they are...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
