SNAD postage costs?

Hiya,
I bought a dress last week on eBay as a size 16. It arrived today and it's a size 20. So obviously I will need to return it. Have emailed the seller, but they've not gotten back to me just yet (plenty time yet). Just a thought - if I need to send it back through Paypal, will Paypal provide the address to eturn it, and will postage be refunded, as of course it's hardly my fault they sent the wrong one?

If they are a private seller you won't get your return postage refunded unless the seller is feeling charitable. If they are a business, you should be entitled to a refund of return costs, but it is rather hard to push and eBay/PayPal are very unhelpful with that.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

They're a private seller, so looks like I've lost out really. Never mind. It wasn't a huge sum involved. Of course it could happen that she is a nice seller, and sees her mistake. We'll wait and see.
