Capital One PPI

Hi all,

Just a quick question about reclaiming PPI from capital one. I don't have this card anymore (its with a dca now), but I'm looking to reclaim my PPI charges and credit card fees also.

Does anyone have an address to send the initial PPI template letter to?

I have had a look around, but I can't find it, I think it may be me being stupid
