hi all i've just got back my natwest statements for the past 6 years (did the 1st template latter) well i got 150 pages of statements with text on both sides
i've no idea what i am looking for or what i can try and recalim back if anything can anyone please please help me (but please put it in simple terms as i have no idea what i am doing
my example is card missuse pos 9.76 charged £35
intrest £63.82 i had an o/d of £4500
charges £28 these 2 statements have apperead every month for the last 3 years.
are these the things i can claim back or is that the right charge for being so much in my overdraft

Tot up all your bank charges for going overdrawn. Highlight them on your statements to help you keep track. Somewhere on the reclaim section on this site there is how to calculate the interest on your charges so sting them for that too!! I`ve done mine now and its simple really just follow Martin to the letterThe Grass may look greenerbut it`s always going to take just as much mowing

thanks but if i am right on what you are saying i can not claim back intrest charges on my overdraft eg over draft of £4500 intrest for that month £70.23 that i can not claim back but the charges of £40 i can is this correct

Hi there you could copy and paste this on the above reclaiming discussion thread, Turbo is the one for working things like this in regards of PPI, but there is also a claiming bank charges thread in the forums as well where help will be given.;)

I don`t think you can claim back your interest charges. But you can calculate the interest they owe you on your bank charges... Your charges for going over your arranged overdraft. Service Fee / Annual Fee
Charges related to foreign currency transactions and conversions.
Monthly account fees on certain type of accounts.
