Help, i don't know what to do.

Hi,
I was claiming to reclaim bank charges from the Abbey through Chiltern claims, i have recently found out that they are no longer in business and wondered if anyone could explain what i can do now, preferably step by step as it all seems a bit daunting.
I am a mature student with a child and struggling at the moment, would this be considered hardship?

Hi, Visit the reclaim bank charges section on this site and download the templates... I`ve done it, it`s simple and will take you through everything step by step. I`ve also had success with PPI claim and recieived around £2,000 pounds back. All thanks to Martin!! :money: Good luck.. Don`t employ someone to do it for you... They take a lot of YOUR money for themselves
The Grass may look greener :o but it`s always going to take just as much mowing ;)

As for hardship speeding your claim up. You have to prove you`re not able to live!! IE. Your living is being met by credit cards etc

  • Thanks to you both for your quick responses.
Do you think that using nearly all my student loan to pay off debts like rent which is usually 6+ weeks overdue and council tax etc will count. I also have to consider giving up my last year at uni as its getting harder to afford. I haven't got any credit cards as i dont have a job so can not get one.
sorry if i sound really stupid, it just seems confusing

  • Again, thank you for helping. I have now downloaded the templates and plan to send them off tomorrow.
