Ergonomic Keyboard

Does anyone use these and how do they find them?

I use my PC a lot for work and home. Recently been getting RSI in my right wrist.

Was wondering if an ergonomic keyboard will help?

Thanks

Worth a try, I used one for a few weeks but just found the position wrong. It was an older one that was just a slpit keyboard and the newer ones now tilt away which will make the position miles better so you could try one.

I have a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 which I like very much. Certainly more comfortable that my previous keyboard.

You say your pains are in your right hand. This suggests that your problem lies more in using your mouse than your keyboard. Perhaps you'd be better off getting a new ergonomic mouse or a tablet first.

I'll be ordering a tablet over the weekend as I have the same complaint as you.

If you can find them, get a Kensington Gel Wrist Pad and Mouse Mat/Rest. Use these 2 with even ordinary keyboards and after a few days I feel sure you will notice the difference.

See this link http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kensington-Wave-Mouse-Wristrest-Black/dp/B00065W4UI then look at the Frequently Bought Together bit at the bottom for the keyboard wrist rest. I got mine from Bingo in Amazon, they were reliable.
