I used this promotion last year from a different magazine and it was worth it for one cut. I did go back a couple of times but then resorted back to my original hairdresser. I would say its worth it for a free hair cut. The girl that cut my hair was very friendly ~ said they had got a lot of people calling with the promotion details, and treated me like a 'normal' customer. Just as you would expect!

Does anyone know which salon it is for SS13 Pitsea, Essex. It doesnt tell you on the map and we have about 3 salons down there.

I had a free cut at one of their salons last year. It wasn't as good as my regular hairdresser, but good enough! Does anyone know if you can get another free cut if you've used this promotion before?

Im sure ive sent off a coupon to the hair group before but never heard anything?

Has anyone else had this problem or are they normally reliable? Im going to try again anyway!

You can only use one voucher within a 12 month period, but I used 2 offers in one year by doing one in my maiden name at my parents address, as it was a diff address the salon was diff. too so no-one was any the wiser!

I have used the hairgroup twice now, but the first time, I never heard anything. I sent off this voucher last week and am still waiting to hear back from them.

I got a free haircut through the same offer when it was in Company magazine a couple of months ago. It was a really good freebie - the only thing was that the salon I was allocated was a tiny one with only two staff, who co-owned it. I'd assumed the Hair Group was some big corporation, when it's obviously just a group of independent salons. I felt so guilty about the hairdresser (who was lovely) working for free that I ended up tipping her about half the cost of the haircut anyway!

(Plus, in the nicest possible way, it really wasn't a "top" salon...)
