I have just had a letter from Capital One regarding my miss sold PPI. They are saying that i am correct in saying Capital One were fined by the FSA regarding the sale of PPI, HOWEVER my account is not one of those mis-sold which i dispute. Help please do i send second template letter and tell them i dont agree (which again i dont)!

Hi there

Even if yours were not in that batch, you may still have your reasons own hun, so write back and tell them you want them to reconsider this on the grounds of your own reasons for why you believe you were mis sold, or you will have no option but to take this further.

So do not worry, keep at them and post up to let them know what they say on the next letter, we can take it from there, good luck.;) X
