T&C's
1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Or!al employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
3. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official online form.
6. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
7. Closing date is 31st May 2009. The prize draw will take place on 19th June 2009. L'Or!al reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
8. Everyone who registers their details online on the official online form will be entered into a draw to receive one of 20 sets of three L'Or!al Professionnel texture expert products (worth £45), one for each category (fine, medium, thick).
9. There will be a total of 60 winners – 20 winners will receive 3 products each for fine hair, 20 winners will receive 3 products each for medium hair and 20 winners will receive 3 products each for thick hair.
10. If the winner has failed to enter a category, i.e., hair type (fine, medium, thick) on the official online form, the entry will be invalid and therefore null and void.
11. All winners will be notified by email 4 weeks after the competition closing date of 31st May 2009.
12. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
15. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
16. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L'Or!al Professionnel texture expert, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the closing date.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
18. By submitting their details on the official online form, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
19. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
