Bank Charges

I have already applies to reclaim my bank charges and the case was put on hold by the bank' after yesterdays ruling will I have to reaply

I think at the moment everyone is in the position that we just don't know how things will work. The ball seems to be with the OFT at the mo, they need to access the fairness of the charges (which the court dec now allows them to rule on). The waiver still stands at the mo but pressure must be building for the OFT and the FSA to move quickly. If you have already applied they bank should keep your claim on file so hopefully you won't need to apply again.
