i am trying to reclaim thousands back from my bank i rang them and asked to be sent out duplicate statements,my account was closed 18 months ago and i need about 2 years worth of statements they told me it would come at a charge of £7 per page!!!! that is going to cost me hundreds just to get statements i dont know exact total i am owed and i cant afford this as i like many people are experiencing financial difficulties as my husband and i have recently split up what can i do now!?!? can anyone help??
