how to claim since winnng orginal charges

hi all,
I claimed and won my bank charges about 2 years ago, and since then have had more charges mostly due o being a student. when I got my orginal charges back I had to sign a declaration that if I made another claim I would have to pay for my acount. With the banks seamingly loosing though the courts would this still stand?
In a good note I have noticed that my bank has stopped charging me in certain circumstances even if gone overdrawn by £2 or £20, wonder if this is why it has just reported the biggest loss in uk history.

You cannot waive your rights to something that is unfair. That would be perverse. Time to claim again.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
