    Hi YB, no he's just home for the weekend again, but should be home for good soon, either next weekend or the weekend after. Will be rather glad to have him back for good soon, don't enjoy living on my own.

    Hey everyone, it has been beautiful here today, almost like spring has sprung!

    1) Had a lovely day out with T. We went to Hengistbury Head armed with a picnic and a bucket and spade. It was beautiful there, or as T put it 'it was awesome!'. Not bad for 50p parking and the price of an ice-cream.

    Thought you might like to see some pics. I haven't done this before so let me know if it works!

    2) Went home via the shopping centre and picked up some essential bits in 99p stores and Poundland.
    3) Went to Wilkinson. Got lots of bargain wrapping paper at 75% off which will come in handy. Also a wind-up torch / radio which was only £1.25. This will save a fortune on batteries, especially in the summer when B likes to camp in the back garden with her friends.
    4) Paid the service charge for our Easter holiday which we have booked through The Sun. No charge for entertainments where we are going, which is great.
    5) Scratch x 10p

    OH is off out tonight and has very kindly bought me a bottle of wine, so I think I will put T to bed and watch a girls film with B. Enjoy your evening!

  • Took part in a Valued Opinions survey;
    Cancelled the Home Report that was booked for Monday (after deciding that I've not got the guts to sell my place right now) - had to pay a £50 cancellation fee but saved £440;
    Cancelled the floor plans for Monday too which would have cost me another £40;
    Accepted that now is not the time for me to move!
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
