Might ask reception. Had a shower so smell a bit nicer now!
Oooo I love hotel bathrooms, having a bath or a shower in one always seem a bit exotic for some reason:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
The best thing about hotels is the hotel breakfasts!
We're reminiscing about the 1980's in the money savers arms!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Yes, it's because there are no kids jumping in, announcing they need a poo, banging on the door and you don't have to wash the towels or clean the bath afterwards!

BB I would always put personal safety first. You have paid for a flight and 2 nites in a hotel. Get a bottle from the hotel! x0 -
8 hours of that was actually driving. Its the post 8 am thats the worse, especially as I was in the Richmond/Twickenham/Kew areas which meant that every other car was a 4wd with a school-run-mum who could just about see over the steering wheel and has no clue about the size of the car..........as long as little Jocasta and Toby get to Prep School safely!
Oi ! I resemble that remark Pepe!!! I AM Schoolrunmum, and whats worse I drive a 4WD !!!! (Although its a Jag X Type so it doesn't look like a big road hogger) (Hmm, but DH does own a Land Rover too-thats definately a 4WD....although he does only drive it to the forest when he's logging-is that ok??)Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
