What is classed as Hardship!!!!!!!!!

I am going to put in for my bank charges but was wondering what they class as hardship as were are in a Debt Management Plan at the moment with payplan?

Can anyone help!

  • Depends what bank your with, if your with Natwest, Abby or Halifax you might have a chance. But most other banks won't look at your case, even if your living in a box, in the sewer and eating dead rats.

  • No chance with the Lloyds then!!!!!!!!!
    I have an abbey account too but that is our main bank account and don't really want to rock the boat with them!!!!!!!!!!

  • Don't forget you can claim unfair credit card charges, ie anything over £12. That is unaffected by the court case on current account charges.
