What is classed as Hardship!!!!!!!!!

I am going to put in for my bank charges but was wondering what they class as hardship as were are in a Debt Management Plan at the moment with payplan?
Can anyone help!

:ADD1 17/1/04 (9 weeks early):ADD2 1/9/07 (4 weeks early) :ADS 5/7/2011 (5 weeks early)
Started comping June 2010 (my bad luck follows me everywhere I go so won't win anything)

Depends what bank your with, if your with Natwest, Abby or Halifax you might have a chance. But most other banks won't look at your case, even if your living in a box, in the sewer and eating dead rats.0

Don't forget you can claim unfair credit card charges, ie anything over £12. That is unaffected by the court case on current account charges.0
