Philips Microwave has just died - circa 1980

Our much used and still pristinely clean Philips microwave has just died and the easy checks are not favourable - fuse was good, socket was Ok, circuit is fine.
There are DIRE warnings about the dangers of attempting self repair which I am heeding for once - normally I am up to try and get anything working again, and have done washing machines, cookers, irons and toasters succesfully .. but the high voltages make it really too dangerous to try this on the microwave.
There are dozens of microwaves available to buy - but the dead Philips microwave has the ONE feature we love - no turntable, just a flat, clean and totally usable base. On this model, the magnatron itself revolves under the base to distribute the microwaves evenly.
Does anyone know of a similar model to buy new. Cost is not a problem, assuming this new purchase will also last for 29 years.
Alternatively, does anyone repair microwaves nowadays?

I skipped ours last month, a cheapy, a couple of rust spots appearing on the outside. Im certain we can live without it. And of course, a nice big space on the worktop going spare.0
