I have received a cheque for £590 from Yorkshire bank after filling in the Hardship form. My question is....What do i do now with the remaining £2500 i am still seeking?
Do i go to the FOS?
Do i sent a new letter and threaten court proceedings?
Could anyone please advise me on what is the best course of action.
