hi everyone, i am trying to reclaim my bank charges totally £10.790 through financial hardship. i my charges last month totalled £798.. not that i understand where they got that amount from at all!!
i am being pushed from pillar to post, does anyone know a number at lloyds tsb that i can speak to somone who knows anything about this, instead of the battery hens reading off a screen;)
also, i had a letter from them saying they were sorry to hear about my complaint blaa blaa and they needed 4 weeks to look into it blaa blaa.. so after 5 weeks i called them. apparentley they have no complaint on screen.. mm funny considering i have a letter to say they'd recieved my complaint... so i was advised to write in again, expressing my complaint again:mad: !!! has anybody else experianced anything like this?
i feel i defo fit the hardship criteria, due to the climate i am now out of work.. losing £35/£40k instantley.. becouse of that i cant make any of my payments either to my house council tax.. loans and well everything else that is flying through my letter box at a speed of lightning!!
well.. thankyou for bothering to read my ramble.. i would be sooo grateful to hear from anyone dealing with lloyds over this. lucy,
